The hotel has great beach access and friendly staff, making it a nice option for a relaxing getaway. However, the room cleanliness and outdated amenities were disappointing. It would benefit from some upgrades to match expectations.

The room was spacious and super clean. We hit the beach nearby and later enjoyed drinks at a bar down the road. Pro tip, check out the dolphin watch tour. The staff was accommodating, and the pool area was a fun hangout spot!

The only downside was the elevator was super slow, which made waiting a bit annoying sometimes.

my stay at hilton garden was fantastic! the large outdoor pool was a hit with my family, and we loved how close it is to the beach. the staff was super friendly, making us feel right at home. the restaurant had a great breakfast selection at reasonable prices. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

First off, the location was EVERYTHING! ! We had a huge balcony facing the firework show every night, which was just awesome for the kids. The air conditioning?

The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and attentive during our meals. The restaurant offered a great selection of breakfast and lunch, with reasonable prices that suited our family's budget.

The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the shower in our disability-access room flooded every morning despite reporting it to the front desk. Additionally, noise from nearby common areas was disruptive, and the cleanliness of the pool area in the evening left much to be desired.

My family stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds Partial Ocean View for 3 nights. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice flat-screen TV and a microwave. The outdoor pool area was well-kept with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast was decent with good selections. Staff was friendly, and the beach access was great.

Just a prime choice for a short break in South Padre Island with value for money. We enjoyed a complimentary birthday cake delivered to our room, which was a lovely surprise. Make sure to ask about breakfast options when you check in.

One evening, my room lacked a blow dryer, and despite asking for one, it never arrived. The ice machine was broken on my floor, which was inconvenient. The room was clean, although it felt dated and could use some modernization. Enjoyed the breakfast options as an Honors member. good variety available. A few minor issues, but those lovely ocean views made up for them all.
